Before you book

Is the discovery call really free?
Yes. The 45-minute call is free and there's no obligation. If you want to keep going, the next step is the AI Workforce Consultation, which is $1,500. When you move forward with a build, that amount comes off the price, so it ends up costing you nothing.
We're not a tech company. Do we need to understand AI?
No. You just need to know your business. Tell us what's slowing your team down and we'll work out where AI fits. We build AI Employees that take on the admin work, the same way you'd train a new hire to do it.
Is our setup too messy or complex for this?
Usually it's the opposite. Complicated processes with a lot of data are where AI tends to deliver the most. That's the whole point of the AI Workforce Consultation. We dig into how your process actually works and confirm we can build it before you commit to anything.
What happens after launch? What if something breaks?
You own the AI Employee. We host it and maintain it for you, so if an integration breaks we fix it, and if your process changes we retrain it. You're never stuck babysitting software or keeping a developer on call.
Could we just build this ourselves?
